Welcome to RockEleMint. By accessing or using this website and our software tools (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be legally permitted to use cryptocurrency, online payments, and blockchain tools in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your wallet security, Stripe account (if using card checkout), and any activity performed through them.

2) Software-Only Platform

RockEleMint provides software tools for minting tokens, attaching metadata, generating AI art, and assisting with early project setup. We do not broker trades, provide liquidity, custody assets, or offer investment, tax, or legal advice.

3) User Content & Responsibility

Tokens, names, images, metadata, and other content you create through RockEleMint are fully user-generated. You confirm that you have the rights to any content you upload and that your token complies with all laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

RockEleMint is not responsible for the behavior or outcomes of projects created by users.

4) Payments

Credit and debit card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Crypto-based payments occur directly through your connected wallet. Once a minting service is delivered, associated fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

5) Risks & No Guarantees

Blockchain activity involves risk. RockEleMint makes no guarantees regarding token value, liquidity, visibility, or project success. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and unpredictable. Use the Services at your own risk.

6) Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Services for illegal activity, fraud, IP infringement, impersonation, scams, spam, or any behavior that harms others or the platform. Violations may result in suspended access or terminated use.

7) Intellectual Property

The RockEleMint brand, interface, design elements, and platform code are protected intellectual property. Any content you upload or generate remains yours.

8) “As-Is” Service & Liability Limit

RockEleMint is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RockEleMint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including losses resulting from blockchain errors, user mistakes, failed transactions, or third-party integrations.

9) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect new features, legal requirements, or improvements. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
